“Chaii is extremely anxious and escalates quickly. He used to be terrified of grooming because he hates being handled, touched, and picked up! but he fell in love with Jules because she understands his needs and respects his sensitivities and gives him the cutest perfect teddy bear haircut!

Jules is the only person who chaii loves and trusts outside of our family! She cares so deeply about dogs well being, safety, and happiness and taught us a lot about cooperative care as well! I’m convinced if Jules didn’t build a positive relationship with grooming for chaii, he would have struggled for the rest of his life.

Jules is such a light in Chaii’s life, and when we drop Chaii off with her, we never worry, he runs to her with his tail wagging! I’m so thankful to Jules, she’s not just an amazing groomer, she also is an incredible educator when it comes to cooperative care! We’ve learned so much from her and will forever be thankful!”
